At our boutique, each item is handmade to order with care and attention to detail just for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please double-check all sizing, color choices, and order details before completing your purchase to ensure everything is exactly how you want it.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We do our very best to inspect every piece of clothing before shipping it out. If you receive a damaged item, we truly apologize for this. Do not open your packages with scissors. If you cut an item while trying to remove your packaging we are NOT responsible.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will gladly make it right!
Order Cancellations
Orders CANNOT be changed, modified or cancelled after checkout with this platform. If you believe your order was created by mistake, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order will already be in production and cannot be changed or canceled. In the event that a refund would need to be issued, this can only be in the form of store credit.
