🛍️ How to Order a Custom Item

Step 1: Contact Us First
Before purchasing, please reach out with your full custom request so we can make sure we can create exactly what you’re looking for.

Include the following details:

  • Design idea or inspiration (photos welcome!)
  • Shirt/item type (tee, sweatshirt, etc.)
  • Size(s) and quantity
  • Color preferences
  • Deadline (if needed)

Step 2: Approve Your Design & Quote
We’ll respond with:

  • Design mockup (if applicable)
  • Pricing
  • Turnaround time

Once everything is approved, we’ll direct you to purchase your custom order.

Step 3: Place Your Order
After approval, you’ll receive instructions or a custom listing to complete your purchase.

⚠️ Please do not place an order before contacting us, as unapproved custom orders may be canceled.

Step 4 and 5: Production and Delivery

After your order is placed, our turn around time is between 1-2 weeks.

  • Turnaround times vary based on design complexity and order volume
  • We are not responsible for errors in details that were approved by the customer
